Wendy Avalos is a Legal Assistant within our Law Firm’s Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Immigration Departments. Mrs. Avalos was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador where she attended Academia Cotopaxi, a private American International School. At Academia Cotopaxi she was exposed to different nationalities and cultures alike, giving her a unique understanding of the value of diversity to promote creativity, strength and growth.

Mrs. Avalos permanently immigrated to the United States in 2002. She graduated Cum Laude in 2011 from The University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in International Politics. Along with her fellow classmates, Mrs. Avalos started Amnesty International UTEP Chapter to involve the student body in causes that hit close to home and those that affect the world globally.

Mrs. Avalos is married to a Marine Corps Veteran, with whom she has two beautiful children. In her spare time Mrs. Avalos devotes her time to her family and friends.
