UU. \u2013 Febrero 2026 (Visa Bulletin): fechas clave, tablas y qu\u00e9 significan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Si est\u00e1s en proceso de&nbsp;<strong>visa de inmigrante<\/strong>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<strong>ajuste de estatus<\/strong>&nbsp;(Green Card) por&nbsp;<strong>petici\u00f3n familiar<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>empleo<\/strong>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<strong>loter\u00eda de visas (DV)<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Visa Bulletin de febrero 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;marca el ritmo del mes: define&nbsp;<strong>cu\u00e1ndo pueden emitirse visas<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Final Action Dates<\/em>) y&nbsp;<strong>cu\u00e1ndo conviene preparar\/presentar documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Dates for Filing<\/em>), seg\u00fan tu&nbsp;<strong>categor\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;y tu&nbsp;<strong>fecha de prioridad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo m\u00e1s importante (en claro, sin jerga)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Dos tablas distintas y no se usan igual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Final Action Dates (Fechas de Acci\u00f3n Final):<\/strong>\u00a0indican\u00a0<strong>hasta qu\u00e9 fecha de prioridad<\/strong>\u00a0el gobierno\u00a0<strong>puede aprobar\/emitr visa o finalizar el ajuste<\/strong>.<br><strong>Regla clave:<\/strong>\u00a0solo avanzas si tu\u00a0<strong>priority date es anterior<\/strong>\u00a0a la fecha que aparece en la tabla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dates for Filing (Fechas para Presentar):<\/strong>\u00a0indican desde cu\u00e1ndo puedes\u00a0<strong>armar y enviar documentos al NVC<\/strong>\u00a0(y\u00a0<em>a veces<\/em>\u00a0usar esa tabla para\u00a0<strong>ajuste de estatus con USCIS<\/strong>, si USCIS lo autoriza ese mes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para ajuste de estatus con USCIS:<\/strong>&nbsp;salvo que USCIS indique lo contrario, debes usar&nbsp;<strong>Final Action Dates<\/strong>.
