Juan Aguirre, LA

Juan Aguirre is a Legal Assistant within our Law Firm's Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation Department. He is a native El Pasoan. Mr. Aguirre attended Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas where he graduated with a B.S in Criminal Justice

Mr. Aguirre spent 8 years as a Legal Assistant in the District Attorney's Office in El Paso, where he was the assistant to various Criminal Units including Homicide, Special Victims, White Collar, Border Prosecution, and Family Violence.

Mr. Aguirre joined our office in 2021 and has worked on Chapters 7, 11, & 13 bankruptcy cases for both Individuals and Businesses, as well as creditor matters focusing on representation of Credit Unions and preparing Motions for Relief from Automatic Stay, Adequate Protection, Sequestrations, Garnishments, and other legal services.

He works with clients in the preparation of petitions, motions, notices, and applications filed before the U.S Bankruptcy Court, and the courts of the State of Texas. Mr. Aguirre is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
